You'll also discover how to navigate emotional overwhelm and how to respond rather than react.

Explore your relationship with yourself and meet the parts of you that need attention and safe connection.  You will also learn who is actually running your life and how to attend to them! This pillar is especially powerful if you've spent years prioritising everyone else's needs above your own, and have never had a chance to truly meet your own.
