I am a registered Psychotherapist and Naturopath, and as the leading clinician for women in midlife, I have spent years helping thousands of women break free from exhaustion and chronic stress, calm their nervous systems, and find their way back to feeling more like themselves, less reactive, more at peace, and genuinely at home in their own body and life.

 

I have been in menopause for three years now, and in this masterclass I am sharing the exact process that stood me in good stead through my own transition.

  • Engage in talk therapy to manage the anxiety and emotional overwhelm

     

  • Cut out alcohol, coffee, and sugar

     

And each of these has its place, but what they all have in common is that they are addressing what is showing up. One symptom at a time, without ever addressing the foundation underneath.
